Sigma Trade Hub Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sigma Trade Hub services, platforms, websites, operational systems, AI systems, communication systems, procurement services, automation services, integrations, and related business services.
By accessing or using Sigma Trade Hub services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services
Sigma Trade Hub provides procurement services, sourcing services, supplier coordination, operational support services, logistics coordination, automation services, AI implementation services, AI workflow systems, communication systems, integrations, business consulting, and related operational solutions.
Services may include:Procurement and sourcingVendor coordinationAI implementationAI-assisted workflowsAutomation systemsCommunication systemsOperational consultingIntegration servicesCRM and ERP integrationsAI agents and workflow automationBusiness operations support
Services may vary based on operational availability, supplier availability, technical limitations, third-party providers, and customer requirements.

2. Communications Consent
By submitting your phone number, email address, or contact information to Sigma Trade Hub through forms, onboarding, procurement requests, direct communication, account registration, or verbal consent, you consent to receive communications from Sigma Trade Hub.
Communications may include:SMS messagesVoice callsEmailsOperational notificationsDelivery coordinationProcurement updatesCustomer supportAppointment schedulingAccount notificationsSupplier coordinationMarketing communications where permitted
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS communications.
Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sigma Trade Hub does not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Voice and AI Communications
Voice calls may be conducted manually, through automated systems, AI-assisted systems, AI voice systems, or authorized representatives acting on behalf of Sigma Trade Hub.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for:Quality assuranceOperational verificationTrainingComplianceService improvementSecurity purposes
AI-assisted communication systems may generate automated responses, recommendations, summaries, classifications, or operational outputs.
Customers acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information and require human review.

4. AI Services and Automation Systems
Sigma Trade Hub may provide AI implementation services, workflow automation systems, AI-assisted operational systems, AI agents, cloud-based systems, retrieval systems, vector database systems, machine learning systems, API integrations, analytics systems, and related automation infrastructure.
Customers acknowledge:AI outputs may not always be accurateAI systems may produce unexpected resultsAI systems require human oversightThird-party AI providers may be involvedService interruptions may occurAPIs and cloud systems may experience outages
Customers remain responsible for validating and approving all AI-assisted operational decisions and outputs.

5. Third-Party Providers and Integrations
Sigma Trade Hub services may integrate with:Cloud providersAI providersCRM systemsERP systemsCommunication platformsHosting providersMessaging systemsAutomation platformsPayment processorsVendor systemsLogistics providers
Third-party services operate independently under their own policies and operational standards.
Sigma Trade Hub is not responsible for outages, interruptions, API failures, delays, infrastructure disruptions, or third-party operational issues outside reasonable control.

6. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations and pricing are subject to:Supplier availabilityMarket fluctuationsFreight and logistics conditionsCurrency fluctuationsOperational variablesTechnical scope changesService scope changes
Pricing may change prior to final approval or confirmation.
Quotes may expire if not accepted within the specified timeframe.

7. Payments and Invoices
Customers agree to provide accurate billing information and pay invoices according to agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in:Service suspensionOperational delaysAdditional fees where permittedCollections activity
Taxes, duties, shipping costs, software licensing costs, third-party service fees, cloud infrastructure costs, and provider fees may apply unless otherwise stated.

8. Procurement and Supplier Terms
Sigma Trade Hub acts as a procurement, sourcing, operational coordination, and service implementation company.
Supplier lead times, availability, logistics schedules, implementation timelines, technical timelines, and delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sigma Trade Hub is not responsible for:Supplier delaysFreight disruptionsCustoms delaysInventory shortagesThird-party failuresAPI outagesInfrastructure interruptionsForce majeure eventsCybersecurity incidentsCloud provider disruptions

9. Service Availability
Sigma Trade Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of:WebsitesAI systemsAPIsCommunication systemsHosting infrastructureAutomation systemsDashboardsIntegrationsCloud servicesOperational systems
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, provider outages, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, or internet disruptions.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of procurement, operational coordination, AI implementation, automation services, software integrations, custom systems, supplier coordination, and technical consulting, certain services and payments may be non-refundable once work has begun.

11. Data and Client Responsibilities

Customers represent they possess lawful authority to provide submitted information and data for processing.

12. Intellectual Property
All Sigma Trade Hub branding, workflows, operational systems, AI systems, graphics, software configurations, automation structures, business methods, website content, and associated intellectual property remain the property of Sigma Trade Hub unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Trade Hub shall not be liable for:Indirect damagesConsequential damagesLost profitsOperational disruptionsAI-related errorsSupplier-related lossesThird-party failuresCommunication interruptionsInfrastructure outagesData interruptions
Total liability shall not exceed amounts directly paid to Sigma Trade Hub for the applicable services.

14. Changes to Terms
Sigma Trade Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
